Spectacles after-sales service
“At Optikos pasaule, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their choice. That’s why we offer a quality guarantee and after-sales service for all corrective and sunglasses sold in our showrooms. All warranty cases are assessed individually by our experienced technicians, ensuring objectivity and professionalism.
The warranty applies if manufacturing defects are detected within the time limit – for example, defects in the construction of the frames or other technical irregularities not caused by the customer’s fault. In addition, all corrective eyewear and sunglasses purchased in our showrooms are covered by a free 12-month eyewear maintenance guarantee, which includes:
- tightening or replacing screws;
- replacing the nosepieces (nasal supports);
- professional cleaning of your glasses with an ultrasonic bath.
This care helps to maintain the functionality, comfort and aesthetics of the glasses for longer.
There is no guarantee:
- natural wear and tear due to long periods of use;
- for glasses based on a prescription brought by the customer: the prescription brought by the customer is more than 1 year old; the prescription for the glasses is not written by Optikos pasaulio eye care professionals; the customer refuses to have his/her eyesight checked by an Optikos pasaulio eye care professional;
- for glasses made into frames brought in by the customer;
- if the glasses are damaged due to misuse or accident (e.g. scratched lenses, broken frames);
- if non-compliance the instructions for use of the spectacles or the care instructions for the sunglasses.
How do I take advantage of the Spectacles Guarantee?
To take advantage of the warranty service, simply bring your glasses together with your purchase document to any Optikos Pasaulio showroom. ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE FOR GLASSES
Even with careful care, glasses sometimes break. The Supplementary Spectacle Warranty is a practical way to ensure the safety of both corrective and sunglasses when the manufacturer’s warranty is no longer valid.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a guarantee if the glasses are scratched or broken due to careless use?
No. Mechanical damage caused by misuse, dropping, deformation or scratching is excluded from the warranty.
How long is the spectacle care guarantee valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. During this period, we provide free minor repairs such as replacing screws and nosepieces and ultrasonic cleaning.
Where do I go for warranty coverage or glasses repair?

What is the difference between the normal spectacle warranty and the additional one?
