How do I choose a contact lens solution

Although most multi-purpose contact lens care solutions are suitable for all contact lenses, it is recommended that you read the ingredients before choosing a contact lens care solution and follow the instructions on the product label. For contact lens wearers with allergic or sensitive eyes, we recommend choosing contact lens care solutions with fewer preservatives and with additional moisturising ingredients (e.g. aloe vera, hyaluronic acid).
Contact lens solution memo:
- Do not touch the top of the opened solution bottle as you may contaminate it.
- After using the solution, screw the bottle back on.
- Make sure to change the contact lens case with each new pair of contact lenses, as dirt can build up and settle on the lenses.
- Do not use a solution that has passed its expiry date.
- Never mix a new contact lens solution with an old one.
- Always consult your eye care professional if you want to change the type of contact lens care solution.
Extra eye hydration
Eye drops are the best way to eliminate the sensation of dry eyes caused by exposure to harsh environments (e.g. heating, air conditioning, working in front of screens). The main signs of dry eyes are: eye fatigue, redness and irritation, the feeling of a foreign body or grit in the eye, itching, swelling or even pain, tearing, and impaired vision.
Symptoms are usually mild but often recurrent. If your eyes are dry, make sure you use moisturising eye drops, protect your eyes from dry air, smoke, wind, humidify indoor air and blink as often as possible.

Choose preservative-free eye drops (in disposable pipettes) with additional moisturising ingredients (e.g. aloe vera, hyaluronic acid).
